Purpose of the site
This website is intended to recruit established Sacramento-area home improvement, remodeling, construction, landscaping, and specialty trade companies to participate as Featured Transformation Partners in a social media content series. It is not a solicitation for donations, a directory listing, or an offer to sell goods or services to the public.
Applications and partnerships
Submitting an application does not create a partnership, contract, or employment relationship. All partnership obligations, content deliverables, usage rights, licensing, and company contributions are documented in a separate written partnership agreement executed before any work begins. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
View guarantee
Social media audience figures, view projections, and engagement estimates shown on this site are based on publicly available platform and profile information and may change over time. The guarantee covers the complete Sacramento Home Transformation video series, consisting of 20 to 40 videos documenting the remodeling of the home, distributed across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Kayla Freitas guarantees a minimum of 10 million views for that series as a whole. Individual video performance may vary, and no single video is guaranteed to go viral or achieve a specific number of views, leads, or sales.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of the Sacramento Home Transformation Project or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Trademark and logo usage by any partner is by permission only and subject to the partnership agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Sacramento Home Transformation Project and its content creators assume no liability for third-party services, products, or actions of participating companies. Each partner is responsible for its own work, warranties, insurance, and compliance with applicable licensing, permitting, and labor laws.
